Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

c159c83a. Security Scan runs 210, 213, 216, 219, 222, 225, and 228 all failed while build, release dry-run, template compliance, and repository cleanup passed.
