Updates the README against the current production configuration.

  • synchronizes all .env.example variable names
  • documents LiteLLM and all supported OpenAI-compatible/local providers
  • corrects provider defaults to match implementation
  • documents LLM URL, temperature, token, and timeout settings
  • corrects browser auto-open behavior
  • preserves the verified Code-Inc registry and Dockge examples

Local lightweight verification: all .env.example names are represented, stale patterns are absent, and git diff --check passes. Full checks run on Gitea Ubuntu runners.
