Goal

Make DAVE feel like an active synthetic Security Manager by initiating useful Telegram conversations throughout the day.

Acceptance criteria

  • Opt-in scheduled morning/day/evening presence using the profile timezone.
  • DAVE checks profile, terminal status, sweep changes, brief, and evidence before messaging.
  • Messages are evidence-grounded and may be a briefing, all-clear check, or useful question; no fake consciousness.
  • Respect profile quiet hours, daily message cap, minimum gap, and persisted slot deduplication across restarts.
  • No mutating tool calls or unconfirmed actions from scheduled presence.
  • Health status, env documentation, tests, runner image, and Dockge deployment.
