Live verification found davePresence.lastReason=invalid_timezone while the encrypted profile exists. Presence must use DAVE_PRESENCE_TIMEZONE when the optional profile timezone is malformed, without reading it into logs or modifying the encrypted profile. Add regression coverage and redeploy.
