Live Telegram screenshot shows dynamic DAVE Presence in German but the separate proactive sweep alert ([AGENT PRIORITY]) in English although onboarding/profile language is de. Language selection must be propagated deterministically to chat, proactive, presence, and finalization paths; localized wrappers/evidence labels must not remain English. Add regression tests and redeploy.
