Addresses #8.\n\nScope:\n- remove inherited crucix.live/live-demo/social marketing references from README\n- switch clone/setup docs to the private Gitea repository path\n- remove stale GitHub/GHCR/Docker Hub publish workflow in favor of Gitea Actions\n- update CODEOWNERS, security, and contributing docs for the Intelligence Terminal fork\n\nValidation:\n- checked for remaining inherited public-demo/GitHub marketing references with rg\n- no local builds or dependency installs run; this is documentation/config cleanup only
