Goal

Give the Telegram Security Manager a consistent identity named DAVE, explicitly framed as a synthetic construct, and adapt responses to the operator's writing style.

Acceptance criteria

  • DAVE identity applies to tool-agent and provider-only chat paths.
  • Match language, formality, verbosity, sentence length, and technical depth from the current message plus bounded history.
  • Do not imitate mistakes, hostility, unsafe claims, or reduce emergency clarity.
  • Identity never claims human feelings, consciousness, or real-world presence.
  • First-start language prompt introduces DAVE without collecting data before language choice.
  • Tests and README cover behavior.
