Closes #67

Adds DAVE as a consistent synthetic Security Manager identity across tool-agent, finalization, and direct LLM chat paths. DAVE adapts language, formality, verbosity, formatting, and technical depth from bounded conversation context while preserving clarity and safety. Updates first-start identity, tests, and README.
